On December 20, 2017, Ganergy Heavy Industry Group signed a binding 20 year take or pay contract to purchase 2.6 million tons of Ethane annually from American Ethane.
Ganergy Heavy Industry Group, negotiated the Ethane supply for major Ethylene cracker under development in the city of Jinzhou. The contract was signed in a public signing ceremony in Jinzhou Liaoning Provence of China by the GM of Ganergy Heavy Industry Group , and John Houghtaling the CEO of American Ethane in the presence of the Mayor of Jinzhou Wang Dejia and Party Secretary Wang Mingyu.
